DATAWRITE OPTIMA BLUE 8X DVD-RRITEKG05 
This disc has the RITEKG05 media code with the deep purple dye. The top surface is a nice pastel shade of blue with the Description, DVD logo & Datasafe logo stencil cut out to reveal the silver backing to the dye. The Datawrite name is in yellow with the exaggerated "w" in red. This color scheme is pleasant to the eye and one of the nicest to come from the Datawrite stable. The center ring is clear with the batch number stamped around the center hole. The rim is fairly smooth with only minor irregularities in the glue

These dips in the speed tests with the other drives did not result in any read errors and playback of the video content did not falter in all the players I tested them in, so they are not detrimental to playback
