Bulkpaq 4x DVD-RThis review and many more independent opinions can be found at disQworld.

Initially I thought they had sent me the wrong ones they looked a similar design and color to the Datawrite ones I had tested earlier this week but on closer inspection they are more tinted towards orange than the Datawrite pink and as one supplier describes them Bulkpaq "Tango" 4x.
The printing on the disc is white and not too obtrusive and the semi mat label makes writing with a black pen stand out well. The style of the top of the disc is the same as the Datawrite with a white Polo ring around the "Tango" center. The dye is the usual Princo light purple and is nice and even throughout.
I placed the disc in the Pioneer A05 burner, it was quickly recognized and Nero CD speed identified it as PRINCO, with Recording Speeds 1x - 4x. My first test burn was a 4.37 movie title set with Record Now Max which took just over 15 mins. and as you can see from my graphs the initial Liteon graph result of the first burn was a bit disappointing but not unexpected. Reading the disc in the Samsung gave a much better graph.
From experience I find that the Samsung is comparable with the DVD players for reading DVD-R discs and reading in the Liteon tests the limits of the quality of the burn.
So now that it's burnt, off to check the playback, my worst player is an old Mustek so I tried my first test disc in it as it is very skeptical to sticking with poor quality burns. The disc was quickly recognized, chapter skipping was fast without stuttering, picture search was smooth in both directions, each chapter started to play fine and skipping to the end, the credits were smoother than I had expected considering the Liteon readings. I played back the last 15 mins or so of the movie and it was perfect without sticking up to and including the credits.
I did the same with my other DVD players and found no playback problems.
I tested the burning in my A04 drive and the burn was satisfactory at 2x speed and there was also no problems with playback see my graphs.
The first discs appear to be ok so I burnt a few more and the results are looking better with one full disc actually reading 100% perfect in my LITEON. Bulkpaq must have hand picked that one for me.
I have burnt 10 of these discs so far without a coaster and I am pleasantly surprised in the results I think I will go against my better judgment and buy some more before the quality deteriorates.
Conclusion
Although these discs show up as not being perfect they all played back fine and were readable in my test DVD readers, I would loved to have given them a bad review on past experience. Comparing them with the equivalent Datawrite they are slightly inferior but still of merchantable quality and if you take the price difference into comparison then as value for money I would say they are about equal.
