DVD Blinding Light Flash has been in contact with news about a quick tip he recieved that should work to disable the new anti-piracy pop-up nag that comes with Window's Genuine Advantage.
As Flash points out, to remove the annoying pop-up (WgaTray.exe):
1. run > regedit, search and delete all references to WgaTray.exe
2. start in safemode and remove the infection by deleting the file WgaTray.exe in c:\Windows\System32.
3. restart your computer and enjoy your freedom.
